Are you passionate about fashion and love working with people Join our vibrant team as a Shop Assistant! We are MUET (myu-ay), fine fashion accessories brand from Hong Kong opening our second shop in Singapore. We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly individual to be the face of our brand, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. As a new brand to the market here, we are looking for individuals who are flexible and have a growth mindset. No prior experience is necessary for this position (though it is a plus).
NOTE: This position is for our upcoming store in VivoCity. We are looking to hire a candidate who can begin work in April 2026.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers on the sales floor with a positive and engaging attitude.
- Help customers find products that match their style and needs, offering styling tips and product information.
- Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards by keeping displays attractive and the sales floor clean and tidy.
- Handle cashiering and payment processes accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
- Assist with stock replenishment, organization of new and existing inventory, and stock checks.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
- A positive attitude and a passion for the fashion industry.
- An outgoing personality as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to talk with people and make them comfortable.

- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- No prior retail experience is required. Training will be provided.
Compensation & Benefits
- Basic Salary: $2,500 SGD per month
- Working Hours: 44 hours per week
