- Position : Shipping & Supply Chain Executive (import/Export/Incoterms)
- Location : West - Gul Link (Nearest MRT: Gul Circle)
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $4,500 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits

Main Responsibilities:
- Handle purchase requisitions, purchase orders and supplier follow-up.
- Source and liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders and service providers.
- Coordinate local and overseas shipments via air, sea and courier.
- Prepare and check shipping documents, invoices, packing lists and permits.
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle import/export documentation and customs requirements.
- Work closely with inventory, warehouse, sales, customer service and accounts teams.
- Update ERP records and maintain proper purchasing/shipping documents.
- Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies and operational issues.
- Support stock reconciliation, invoice checking and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Business or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of purchasing, shipping, logistics or supply chain experience.
- Experience in FMCG/trading and international shipment will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures, shipping documents and Incoterms.
- Proficient in Excel and ERP/inventory systems
