Shipping Specialist ($2,900 / Aerospace / Seletar Aerospace) - ag

Job Summary:

. Basic Salary: $2,300 to $2,900

. Working Days: Monday to Friday

. Working Hours: 9am to 6pm

. Location: Seletar Aerospace

. Monthly Transport Allowance: $200

. Entitled to AWS + Variable Bonuses + Annual Increment + Annual Leave

Responsibilities:

. Booking of shipments of customers orders

. Issuance of invoices and relevant shipping documents

. Submission of shipping details to the company's customers

. Updating/maintenance of the company's shipping database re customers shipping instructions

. Inform relevant customer interfacing functions/colleagues about potential deviations

. Control of and booking of freight invoices

. Ensure releasing of shipments to forwarders correctly

. Strong ability to manage multiple ERP systems and processes across different business units

Requirements:

. Preferably able to work in different shift patterns

. Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word

. Possesses experience in working with ERP system (preferably SAP)

. Good knowledge about freight forwarding industry and incoterms

. Knowledge of Lotus Notes tools
