Job Summary
Manage and coordinate vessel operations for husbandry services and Export FCL Shipments, ensuring accurate and timely execution of shipping agency services while delivering exceptional customer support and maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manage husbandry services during vessel calls in Singapore to maintain smooth port operations
- Use Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and system software to prepare reports, track shipments, and manage communications efficiently
- Prioritize and manage multiple critical tasks to meet operational deadlines and maintain workflow continuity
- Execute daily shipping operations and transactions with precision to meet business objectives and clients requirements
- Prepare and manage comprehensive shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and client standards
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in documentation and operational tasks to ensure accuracy and compliance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma qualification, preferably in Maritime or Logistics & Supply Chain
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in maritime or logistics operations
