Shipping Officer (Import & Export)

Job Description

Perform import and export shipping administration including transshipment

Coordinate with insurance company on import/ export shipment's cargo surveys and claim settlements

Perform freight forwarding duties

Coordinate and negotiate with banks on administrative compliance

Prepare and provide other shipping administration and coordination support to internal departments

Coordinate with Chambers of Commerce on the application of certificate of origin and Form-D

Certify all compliance of Singapore Customs (Crimson logic) on the deduction of taxes and forwarders nominated declaration.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Shipping/Logistic or equivalent

Min 1 year shipping and freight forwarding working experience

Fresh graduate are welcome

Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office)
