Job Summary
Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, prepare shipping documents to meet customer requirements, support sales with quotations and inventory checks, and collaborate across departments to resolve logistics and customer service issues efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Process and acknowledge general orders and plan shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Manage inbound and outbound shipments to maintain smooth logistics flow
- Prepare shipping documents accurately to meet customer requirements and compliance
- Support sales by creating quotations, checking inventory, and arranging samples
- Execute outbound and inbound logistics activities to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to resolve customer service issues promptly
- Assist associate companies with import and export logistics challenges
- Travel to associate companies to provide training on logistics processes when required
- Review and verify monthly billings from subcontractors and freight forwarders for accuracy
- Apply knowledge of handling Dangerous Goods (DG) cargo to ensure safe shipment practices
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support logistics operations
