Shipping Executive

Qualifications:

• Education: A minimum of a Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Relevant working experience in the shipping or freight forwarding industry is necessary.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant system software is essential.
• Language: Good command of both written and spoken English.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination & Handling: Manage and coordinate sea export shipments, from bookings to documentation and vessel operations.
• Operations Management: Ensure all daily operations and transactions are handled accurately, completely, and in a timely manner.
• Customer Interaction: Act as a customer-oriented professional, engaging in email correspondence and providing solutions to clients.
• Documentation: Handle full sets of shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L).
• Teamwork & Attitude: Contribute as a team player with good initiative, a responsible attitude, and a meticulous, detail-oriented approach.
