Import and Export Permit declarations and tracking of General Cargoes and eCommerce Goods that are importing into and exporting from Singapore
Truck Dock booking inside SATS and DNATA and clearance of Air cargoes directly from Air Freight Terminal
Liaise with customs officials, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all import and export activities
Provide customer service support and communicate with China clients in Mandarin
Provide customer service support to Singaporean clients in English.
Ensure timely update of all inbound Flights and Sea Vessels arrival so that the operations team can efficiently clear all inbound Air and Sea shipments
Support the logistics sales and operations team as well as Customer Service Team in achieving key performance metrics and objectives
