Job Description

Manage end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination with stakeholders.
Negotiate Letters of Credit (L/C) with customers and banks as needed.
Plan and coordinate shipments according to customer schedules and product availability.
Prepare and process Credit/Debit Note (CNDN) adjustments.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports and other operational updates.

The Talent:

Open to candidates without experience
Minimum Diploma
Familiar with incoterms and import/export
Able to converse in mandarin as required to liaise with counterparts from China
