Shipping Coordinator - LC Handling Required

Key Responsibilities:-

• Handle import and export shipping documentation and procedures, preferably with TradeNet knowledge, LC negotiations, LC negotiations and sales coordination.
• Coordinate and liaise with forwarders, customers, and banks on shipping-related matters.

• Maintain accurate shipping records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by the reporting officer.

Requirements:-

• GCE O or A Level / Diploma in Shipping, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent qualification.
• 1 - 3 years of relevant working experience in shipping or logistics coordination.
• Experience in handling Letters of Credit (LC) is a must.
• Strong knowledge of shipping documentation and procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with strong attention to detail.
