- Min GCE'N/O/A level or it's equivalent
- Min 1-2 years of related experience in freight forwarding
- Knowledge and ability to handle L/C shipments and documentation
- Able to handle a full set of Import documents
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to transportation or freight forwarding companies
- Basic Excel spreadsheet skills and email correspondences
- Good communication in both written and spoken English
- Possess initiative and meticulous in work
- Knowledge in Consolidated shipment is an added advantage
- Handle full spectrum of order processing including shipping documentation
- Ensure efficient order and shipment fulfilment
- Work closely with various departments and logistics service provider
- Liaise with clients on shipment issues
- Assist in planning for outgoing shipments
- Training will be provided for fresh-entry candidates
- Other administrative duties as and when assigned.
