- Min GCE'N/O/A level or it's equivalent
- Min 1-2 years of related experience in freight forwarding, if any
- Knowledge and ability to handle L/C shipments and documentation
- Able to handle full set of Import documents
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Exposure to transportation or freight forwarding companies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication in both written and spoken English
- Possess initiative and meticulous in work
- Knowledge in Consolidated shipment is an added advantage
- Handle full spectrum of order processing, including shipping documentation and L/C negotiations
- Ensure efficient order and shipment fulfillment
- Work closely with various departments and logistics service providers
- Liaise with clients on shipments issues
- Assist to plan for outgoing shipments
- Training will be provided for fresh entry candidates
- Other administrative duties as and when assigned.
