Shipping Coordinator (Entry Level) East

Our client is a provides temperature-controlled logistics. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for Shipping Coordinator to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in East.

• Salary: $2,500 -$2,800 + AWS
• Location: East (Tampines Industrial Crescent)
• Mon to Fri 9AM - 5PM

Job Responsibilities:

• Interpret customer requirements and execute operational activities for both new and ongoing project
• Process shipment requests to support new and existing project requirements
• Carry out secondary packaging and product labeling activities
• Liaise with customers regarding new shipment arrangements and booking coordination
• Coordinate communication between the dispatch team, drivers, and agents to support critical global pick-up and delivery operations, including warehouse packing and pallet preparation to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Manage and maintain complete project documentation for both new and ongoing assignments
• Ensure all project responsibilities and procedures are strictly followed and compliant with established standards
