Coordinate shipment bookings and schedules (LCL, FCL, air freight, trucking) with co-loaders, carriers, global service providers, agents, and the warehouse to ensure smooth freight arrangements
Verify all charges for accuracy and note any additional fees in the documents for billing
Arrange and confirm cargo space between the customer and the shipping line or our own consolidation department
Coordinate with sub-contractors, warehouse, and customer to arrange delivery or pick-up, as well as the stuffing and unstuffing of cargo
Maintain records for import, export, and inventory stock control
Monitor and coordinate customers import and export shipment
Assists by covering the work of team members during their absence
Carry out any additional shipping tasks as assigned
