Arrange & prepare internal packing list based on committed schedule provided by internal
Check shipment plan with internal and liaise with correspondence parties (warehouse/planner) for shipment release and to ensure inventory update in system
Preparing & handling all shipping documents including cartons labels, generating Invoice & DO, packing list, COC, outgoing report & Airway Bill etc
Arrange & booking with forwarder/courier service for delivery by Air and Sea shipment, update internal accordingly.
Liaise with packing team / warehouse internally & communicate with forwarders for shipment arrangement
Ensure working documents are progressed and achieved with proper recording / filling systems
Track oversea shipment progressed to update internally
Follow up export permit for all oversea forwarder / returned documents copy (local customer) from warehouse
Work closely with operations teams in bound, outbound and related tasks - send out Invoice to customer AP team on a weekly basis via email or upload via portal
Get quote, source & liaise with forwarder/courier service for competitive shipment cost once required
Assist planning department on administrative duties, add-hoc basis
To carry out any task / data entry assigned by Manager / Executive
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics Industry
Minimum 1 year of experience with shipping documents
Process good and analytical skill
Good Interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processed
Experience working in fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Ability to solve problems quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
