Job Description and Responsibilities:
OceanRing Marine Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Shipping Agent / Ship Boarding Manager to support comprehensive agency services and vessel operations for ships calling at the Port of Singapore. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth communication and prompt coordination among vessels, port authorities, and related stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate various vessel requirements such as ship supplies, crew changes, provisions, and spare parts
- Ensure compliance with maritime and port-related regulations, as well as internal company policies
- Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve issues as they arise
Qualifications:
- Preferably 5+ years of relevant experience in shipping companies or port agencies
- Understanding of Singapore port operations and MPA regulations
- Strong communication and coordination skills with Korean and Japanese clients
- Willingness to work on irregular schedules, including weekends and public holidays
- Physically capable of performing onboard and port-related duties
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driver's license is an advantage
- Team player with a customer-oriented mindset
