Coordinate pre-arrival and post-departure arrangements for vessels.
Liaise with Immigration & Checkpoints Authority (ICA), Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA), terminal operators, and private wharves for crew-related formalities and vessel clearance.
Monitor port schedules and berth availability to provide clients with timely updates.
Maintain accurate documentation (e.g., arrival/departure reports, DA submissions, statements of facts).
Track and follow up on invoices, charges, and operational costs to ensure proper billing.
Provide 24/7 operational support during vessel port calls on a rotational basis.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with ship masters, clients, and vendors for smooth communication and service delivery.
Requirements
Good knowledge of port, immigration, and customs regulations in Singapore
Able to work independently and handle multiple vessel calls simultaneously
Good communication and interpersonal skills - able to liaise confidently with clients and internal teams.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) strong computer skills
