Job Scope & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute import and export operations to ensure timely and accurate shipment handling.
- Prepare and process shipping documents for import and export activities, including Bill of Lading (B/L), Delivery Order (D/O), permits, and related documentation.
- Liaise with internal teams, shipping lines, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth delivery and clearance.
- Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers. Responding promptly to enquiries.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing, vendor cost verification, and proper closing of job files.
- Maintain proper documentation and records in accordance with company procedures
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
