Job Summary
Assist in managing shipping operations and performing accounting tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate domestic and international shipments to meet delivery schedules
- Prepare and issue Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices to support billing accuracy
- Book shipments with courier or freight service providers to ensure timely dispatch
- Prepare and send quotations to customers as required to facilitate sales processes
- Perform document filing and data entry related to shipping and billing to maintain records
- Communicate with customers and courier companies to track shipments and resolve delivery issues promptly
- Provide support to logistics and sales teams to enhance operational efficiency
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is advantageous. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Familiarity with preparing delivery and shipping documents
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) to manage documentation and communication
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently with strong organizational skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Basic knowledge of international courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) to facilitate shipment coordination
- Good attention to detail and strong communication skills to ensure accuracy and effective collaboration
