Shipbuilding Project Manager (Based in Batam)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate onsite construction activities for new building projects in Batam.
• Ensure subcontractors and vendors comply with project specifications, Class rules, regulations, quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with Owner Representatives, Class Surveyors and stakeholders to resolve technical and construction issues.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, address quality/safety non-compliances and implement corrective actions.
• Develop production plans and schedules to ensure timely project milestones and minimize rework.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineeringor related field
• Min 5 years construction management experience innewbuilding projects
