Ship Crewing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Crew Management: Supervise Masters and officers, coordinate rotations, and ensure valid certifications.
• License & Compliance: Manage renewal of all vessel and departmental licenses liaise with MPA and other authorities.
• Reporting & Coordination: Prepare fleet and compliance reports coordinate with technical, commercial, and operational teams.
• Budget Control: Monitor operating costs and optimize expenses.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree (any discipline).
• 3-5 years shore-based ship management experience.
• Strong knowledge of vessel operations, crew management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
