About the Role

We are a local ship agency seeking a motivated Boarding Officer to join our operations team. You will be responsible for attending to vessels at terminals and anchorage, supporting shipboard formalities, and ensuring smooth coordination between the vessel, authorities, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend and board vessels at PSA Terminals and Singapore Anchorage

• Handle arrival and departure clearance with relevant authorities

• Assist in cargo operations coordination

• Manage documentation and ship agency formalities

• Liaise with ship crew, port officials, and internal teams

• Support other ship agency‑related tasks as required

Requirements

• No prior experience required - on‑the‑job training provided

• Able to work in a fast‑paced, operational environment

• Comfortable with boarding vessels at terminals and anchorage

• Willing to work outside office hours when required (shipping operations)

• Physically fit and able to climb gangways

• Possess a valid Class 2A Licence (advantage but not mandatory)
