• Strategic Leadership & P&L Management - You will spearhead the strategy and commercial direction for the new agency business, holding full P&L accountability. As a key advisor to the Managing Director, you will provide data-driven recommendations on major business decisions and navigate the division through its initial growth phase and beyond.

• Business Development & Market Expertise - Leveraging a deep understanding of the maritime and competitive landscape, you will drive business development across sectors including bunkering, chartering, and port agency. You must be a hunter capable of identifying new opportunities and managing high-level industry relationships to establish a dominant market presence.

• Team Leadership & Operational Resilience - You will build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team from the ground up, setting clear KPIs and performance expectations. Thriving in a high-pressure, start-up environment, you will balance strategic scaling with hands-on operational duties, including resolving urgent enquiries and complex client complaints.

skills and experience required

• Preferably talents with at least 3 years of relevant experience, backed by a proven track record of full P&L accountability.
