Shift Planner (12 Hrs Shift Work, Changi)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Planning and monitoring of work input given by Customer or FTM through Line Maintenance Tracking Chart (LMTC) or LM Matrix.

2. Monitoring and maintaining of Daily Work Schedule (DWS) and Workplan (WP) for all planned tasks including Work Orders (WO) and Work Instructions (WI).

3. Facilitation of daily tasks assignment at Line Maintenance Division through Production Input Meeting (PIM).

4. Coordinate with various operation sections at Line Maintenance Division for tasks acceptance and execution.

5. Monitoring and updating of various production reports (ADSI report Report J) including Preservation reporting.

6. Ensure timely updating of all reports to accountable stakeholders.

7. Any other roles and duties as assigned to him/her.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Nitec in Aerospace Engineering or Equivalent

2. Good communication in written and spoken in English.

3. Able to work in dynamic and fast-moving environment.

4. Highly organized and computer literate.

5. SAP experienced preferred.

6. Able to work 12 hours rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
