Shift Charge Engineer

Responsibilities:

. Reporting to the O&M Manager working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, which includes day and night shifts.

. Lead a team of up to 10 engineers and technicians on a power plant to ensure smooth operations.

. Maintain the highest HSE standards and drive performance and efficiency across the shift.

. Lead a change management program.

. Effectively coordinate activities with the engineering and maintenance departments.

. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

. At least Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

. Min 3 years relevant working experience.

. Experience in Power Plant industry is an advantage.

. Willing to work in Tuas South and 12 hours rotating shifts.
