Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Manage and track spare parts inventory for production tools
- Collaborate in problem-solving sessions and contribute to root cause analysis
- Assist engineers in equipment evaluations and development activities
- Support setup and commissioning of new production lines and equipment
- Participate in ongoing improvement projects to enhance process efficiency
Qualifications & Skills:
- NITEC/Diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (day/night) and perform overtime when required
- Familiarity with ISO 9000 or QS 9000 standards is advantageous
- Training will be provided for those without experience
