SHE / ESH Engineer | Chemical / Manufacturing

Job Description:

• Support Safety, Health and Environmental activities in chemical, manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Implement and maintain ESH / SHE policies, procedures and compliance programmes.
• Conduct workplace inspections, risk assessments, safety audits and compliance checks.
• Monitor incident reports, near-miss cases, corrective actions and safety performance.
• Support investigation of workplace incidents and follow up on preventive actions.
• Maintain ESH records, reports, data collection and safety documentation.
• Coordinate safety training, emergency response planning and safety awareness activities.
• Work with internal departments to promote safe work practices and compliance culture.
• Support environmental, workplace safety and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Assist in internal / external audits and continuous improvement of ESH systems.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma / Degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Safety, Chemistry, Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in SHE / ESH / EHS / WSH / safety compliance / environmental compliance will be an advantage.
• Candidates from chemical, petrochemical, manufacturing, process plant or industrial environment are welcome.
• Knowledge of Risk Assessment, incident investigation, safety audit, environmental compliance, ISO, WSH or Process Safety Management will be an advantage.
• Familiar with safety documentation, reporting and compliance follow-up.
• Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
• Able to work with different departments and external parties.
• Responsible, detail-oriented and proactive in safety matters.
