Lead end-to-end migration from SharePoint 2016 SharePoint Online (SPO)
Analyse and rationalise legacy environments:

• Classic sites, publishing portals
• InfoPath forms, WSP solutions, custom JS
• Complex permission structures

Strong experience in SharePoint 2013/2016 & SharePoint Online (SPO)

Proven track record in large-scale SharePoint migrations

Hands-on expertise in SPFx development

Experience with:

• Migration tools (SPMT, ShareGate, Metalogix)
• PowerShell / PnP scripting

Deep understanding of:

• SharePoint limits & performance constraints
• Metadata-driven architecture
• Search modernisation
