Job Description:
We are seeking reliable and responsible individuals to join our operations team as Shared-Bicycle Drivers. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining the balance of our bicycle-sharing system across Singapore. Using our mobile app, you will receive real-time instructions on where to collect and deploy bicycles to ensure optimal availability for our users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate thecompany truck to collect and deploy shared bicycles based on app-generated instructions.
- Monitor bicycle distribution across designated zones and follow rebalancing plans to meet demand.
- Perform basic checks to ensure bicycles are safe and usable before redeployment.
- Load and unload bicycles safely and efficiently.
- Work closely with the operations team to meet daily rebalancing targets.
- Adhere to all road safety and company compliance guidelines.
Requirements:
- Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license in Singapore.
- Familiarity with Singapore road networks and traffic regulations.
- Able to use a smartphone and mobile applications effectively.
- Physically fit - able to lift and move bicycles.
- Able to work independently and responsibly.
- Prior experience in logistics, delivery, or fleet operations is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
- Good time management and punctuality.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Basic mechanical knowledge is an advantage but not required.
Working Hours:
- 6-daywork week, KPI based.
