JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Oversee daily inbound (receiving) and outbound (pick, pack, ship) operations to ensure 100% order fulfillment accuracy
- Ensure all orders meet Service Level Agreements
- Manage labor scheduling to handle peak seasons (e.g., 11.11, 12.12 sales) effectively.
- Accountability for high-SKU inventory integrity using the Warehouse Management System
- Manage the Returns (RMA) process efficiently, ensuring returned goods are inspected, graded, and restocked or disposed of promptly.
- Drive continuous improvement using 5S and Lean methodology to reduce packing time and material wastage
- Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety and security of goods.
- Serve as the primary communication bridge between Singapore Operations and HQ in China regarding stock replenishment and product issues.
- Prepare weekly inventory and sales performance reports for HQ review.
- Lead, train, and mentor the warehouse team.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in a Warehouse environment.
- Specific experience in E-commerce / B2C Fulfillment / FMCG is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP
- Familiarity with Singapore import/export documentation and last-mile logistic
WORKING HOURS:
Mondays to Fridays: 09:00 am to 06:00 pm
Saturdays: 09:00 am to 01:00 pm
