Job Summary
Lead AI-driven transformation of network operations by identifying automation opportunities, managing AI use cases end-to-end, and driving cross-functional collaboration to optimize workflows and realize measurable financial and operational benefits.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI-driven redesign of network operational processes across mobile, broadband, and TV domains to enhance efficiency and service quality
- Identify automation and optimization opportunities within operations, assurance, and service management workflows to improve productivity
- Manage end-to-end AI use cases from problem definition and current-state analysis through deployment and operational handover to ensure successful implementation
- Translate operational challenges into structured AI and automation requirements in collaboration with engineering and platform teams to deliver targeted solutions
- Drive cross-functional collaboration among networks operations, planning, deployment, and optimization teams to align objectives and execution
- Implement structured tracking of financial and operational benefits, including cost savings and productivity gains, to measure impact
- Monitor adoption, usage, and operational KPIs to ensure sustained value realization from AI and automation initiatives
- Ensure solutions comply with Networks-AIDA architecture standards, data governance, and AI compliance policies for consistency and security
- Evaluate build-versus-buy options and assess vendors for AI and automation solutions to support strategic decision-making
- Support the roadmap towards Autonomous Network Level 4 by advancing closed-loop automation capabilities
Required competencies and certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline
- 5-10 years of experience in telecommunications, network operations, technology, or digital transformation roles
- Proven track record delivering AI, automation, or analytics initiatives in operational environments
- Experience managing cross-functional projects involving business, engineering, and vendor teams
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with telecom domains such as mobile, broadband, TV, OSS/BSS, or service operations
- Strong understanding of telecom network operations including assurance, provisioning, field operations, and optimization
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics applications in operations
- Understanding of automation frameworks, workflow orchestration, and closed-loop automation concepts
- Knowledge of data architecture, cloud platforms, and system integration
- Experience evaluating build-versus-buy decisions and working with vendors
