- Lead end-to-end operations and administration of Azure cloudinfrastructure in a high-availability environment.

- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of L1/L2/L3 engineers, includingtask allocation, performance management, and career development.

- Act as the primary escalation point for critical (P1/P2) incidents,driving root cause analysis and long-term remediation.

- Ensure effective team response to incidents, service requests, andalerts within defined SLAs.

- Architect, implement, and optimize Azure solutions for performance,scalability, and cost efficiency.

- Establish and enforce operational standards, governance policies, andbest practices across the team.

- Drive automation initiatives using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) toolssuch as Terraform and Azure DevOps.

- Oversee monitoring, alerting, and observability frameworks to ensureproactive issue detection.

- Lead patch management, vulnerability remediation, and system hardeningfor Windows and Linux environments.

- Manage change, release, and maintenance activities aligned with ITILprocesses.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and customersto ensure service excellence.

- Ensure compliance with security policies, audit requirements, andregulatory standards.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including SOPs,runbooks, and knowledge base articles.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including processoptimization, automation, and cost management.
