We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our Marketing team in Singapore. This role drives client engagement across Asia through sales management, impactful events, marketing initiatives, and internal communications
Your new role
- Sales Management: Track performance, manage reporting, and streamline client onboarding.
- Events Execution: Deliver flagship events, forums, and conferences end-to-end.
- Marketing Support: Create and maintain client-facing materials, newsletters, and communications.
- Governance: Ensure compliance, budget tracking, and process discipline.
- Reporting: Monitor event outcomes and provide insights for future initiatives.
- Project Support: Assist with ad-hoc projects and cross-team coordination.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2-3 years experience in financial services, events, or marketing (strong graduates considered)
- Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable with digital tools and eager to leverage AI for productivity
