We're Hiring | Service Delivery Manager – Applications & Azure (Singapore)

Location: Singapore

Experience: 10+ years

Certification: ITIL (Mandatory)

We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to take endtoend ownership of application services and Azure cloud platforms, ensuring stability, performance, and seamless service delivery for businesscritical systems

Key Responsibilities:

• Own application and Azure service delivery
• Manage incident, problem, and change processes (ITILbased)
• Lead major incident management and root cause analysis
• Coordinate across application, cloud, infrastructure, and vendor teams
• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders
• Drive continuous service improvement and ensure SLA compliance

What We're Looking For:

• Strong experience in Application Support & Service Delivery
• Handson understanding of Microsoft Azure
• Excellent stakeholder and leadership communication skills
• Experience managing support teams and vendors
• ITILcertified professional
