Settlement Operations Executive (Equities & OTC) (1 Year Contract) #NKC

We are looking for a Settlement Operations Executive to support trade settlement and reconciliation for equities and OTC products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process settlement of local and foreign equities and OTC products
• Verify and reconcile trade confirmations and dealing records
• Monitor and resolve unmatched trades and settlement breaks
• Liaise with clients, banks, brokers, and counterparties on settlement issues
• Ensure accurate and timely trade validation, reconciliation, and control checks
• Investigate and resolve exceptions or failed trades
• Take ownership of assigned markets and ensure operational efficiency
• Identify process gaps and support workflow improvements
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
