  • Report to the managers
  • Deliver warm and attentive service to all customers, from greeting to farewell.
  • Guide customers through the menu, offering recommendations when needed.
  • Staying attentive to the needs of the guests in the dining area
  • Serving food & beverages to guests
  • Handle phone calls for reservations and enquiries.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area and dining areas.
  • Preparation of service duties
  • Support daily opening and closing duties (shift)
  • Process customer orders via Point-of-Sale (POS) system
  • Ensure all items are prepared and served promptly
  • Assist with setting and clearing table for various meal period
  • Escalate customers feedback to the manager on duty
  • Follow proper hygiene practices in accordance with food & beverage safety and hygiene standards
  • Able to work unsupervised and produce quality work.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management.
  • Other ah-how duties assigned by upper level.
