ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery

Client is implementing ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD). We are seeking a senior Technology Program / Project Manager with mandatory hands-on ServiceNow WSD experience to be onsite in Singapore, providing strong governance, delivery oversight, and operational alignment through implementation and initial building rollout.

This role is the primary onsite governance lead, ensuring successful delivery across technology, workplace operations, vendor management, and change adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end program governance for the ServiceNow WSD implementation

Govern delivery by scope, milestones, dependencies, RAID)

Act as the onsite escalation point for delivery, integration, and operational risks

Ensure alignment between ServiceNow WSD capabilities and workplace operations

Coordinate across business, technology, facilities, and service operations teams

Oversee initial building rollout, stabilization, and transition to BAU

Lead executive reporting, steering forums, and decision-making cadence

Support change management, training readiness, and adoption

Mandatory Experience & Skills

Proven, hands-on experience delivering ServiceNow Workplace Service Delivery (WSD)

10+ years experience as a Technology Program / Senior Project Manager

Strong background in ServiceNow enterprise implementations

Experience governing system integrators / third-party vendors

Clear understanding of operational impact, change management, and adoption

Ability and willingness to be onsite in Singapore during implementation and rollout

Highly Desirable

Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, FSM

Experience in workplace, facilities, or service operations environments

Delivery experience in large global organisations / financial institutions

APAC delivery exposure
