Job Description

  • Develop and configure ServiceNow workflows, flows, and business rules
  • Design and develop tracking tools, dashboards, and reports to monitor performance and KPIs
  • Configure and maintain platform monitoring and health checks
  • Customize forms, UI policies, and client/server-side scripts
  • Support enhancements, change requests, and platform optimization
  • Perform unit testing and support UAT activities
  • Prepare technical and functional documentation
  • Lead workflow and automation design for complex use cases
  • Design KPI frameworks and performance monitoring solutions on ServiceNow
  • Review existing ServiceNow implementations and recommend improvements
  • Provide technical guidance to Associate consultants
  • Engage with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and configuration
  • Experience building workflows, Flow Designer solutions, and automation
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
  • Experience developing reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking tools
  • Knowledge of platform monitoring, performance analytics, and system health
  • Understanding of ServiceNow data model and security model

Preferred Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • At least one ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), such as:
  • CIS IT Service Management (ITSM)
  • CIS IT Operations Management (ITOM)
  • CIS App Engine
