We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow SOM & CPQ Implementation Engineer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and configuring ServiceNow solutions to enhance our business operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of ServiceNow Service Operations Management (SOM) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow platforms to meet business needs.
• Design and implement workflows and processes within ServiceNow SOM and CPQ.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow applications.
• Conduct training and workshops for end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow updates and best practices to enhance system performance.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in ServiceNow implementation and administration.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow Service Operations Management (SOM) and Configure Price Quote (CPQ).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Experience with ITIL frameworks and best practices.
• Ability to create detailed documentation and user guides.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
