The ServiceNow Senior Solutions Architect will lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions to drive operational excellence. This full-time on-site position is based in Singapore. Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to understand business requirements, designing comprehensive solutions, leading implementation projects, performing system configurations, and providing technical mentorship to team members. The role also involves solution optimization and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.

• Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, solution design, and module implementation
• Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM processes and tools
• Strong skills in development, scripting, and configuring ServiceNow workflows
• Experience with integration platforms such as APIs, web services, and third-party tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with a consultative approach
• Proven leadership and mentorship experience on technical teams
• Familiarity with governance processes, security frameworks, and compliance standards
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; professional ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred
