The Solution Architect plays a critical role in ensuring successful project outcomes. This hybrid position blends technical leadership with business consultancy, serving as both a Solution Architect and Business Subject Matter Expert throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients
- Own the end-to-end technical and business design throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct solution design reviews and ensure data quality standards
- Collaborate with client stakeholders during pre-sales, implementation, and post-implementation phases
- Contribute to RFPs and proposals by providing technology architecture and solution content
- Audit existing client implementations and provide strategic improvement recommendations
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years experience in IT, customer support, or related technical environments
- 3+ years experience delivering ServiceNow solutions as a Technical Consultant, Business Analyst, or Solution Architect
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Technology Workflows (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
- At least one Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certification
- Proficiency in SQL, XML, and modern web-based technologies
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices, with 1+ year aligning implementations to ITIL frameworks
- Availability to travel within the ASEAN region
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - able to engage with senior stakeholders
