Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee ServiceNow platform architecture across large‑scale, complex implementations
Enhance systems and platform capabilities to meet evolving business and operational requirements
Define, review, and govern technical designs with focus on integration, performance, quality, security, and scalability
Collaborate with cloud and infrastructure operations teams to manage capacity planning and platform resilience
Ensure applications and infrastructure meet defined service level agreements (SLAs)
Track, analyze, and act on key performance indicators related to application and infrastructure performance
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to multiple delivery teams
Contribute to strategic decision‑making and solution direction across programs and stakeholders
Master proficiency in ServiceNow Platform Architecture
Master proficiency in Packaged Application Integration
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent)
Proven experience leading and managing multiple technical teams in complex environments
Strong understanding of enterprise‑scale system performance, reliability, and scalability
Experience working collaboratively across business, technology, and operations stakeholders
