Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Developer with strong expertise in implementing and supporting ServiceNow Security Operations solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with security platforms such as Nexthink, Intune, and HAM/SAM lifecycle processes, along with deep knowledge of security automation, incident response, and threat intelligence integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) modules including:
- Security Incident Response (SIR)
- Threat Intelligence
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise security tools.
- Build and support integrations with platforms such as:
- Nexthink
- Microsoft Intune
- FlashPoint (Threat Intelligence)
- Palo Alto WildFire
- Netskope
- Have I Been Pwned (HIBP)
- Configure inbound and outbound REST API integrations using MID Servers and secure authentication methods.
- Map, normalize, and manage security data including alerts, vulnerabilities, indicators of compromise (IOCs), and threat intelligence feeds within ServiceNow.
- Develop and enhance security workflows, playbooks, business rules, client scripts, and automation capabilities.
- Enable and maintain dashboards, KPIs, operational reporting, and executive-level security reporting.
- Collaborate closely with SOC, GRC, Risk, Infrastructure, and IT teams for requirement gathering, UAT, deployment, and production support.
- Ensure all implementations align with enterprise security policies, governance standards, and audit requirements.
- Support incident management, vulnerability response, and continuous improvement initiatives within the security operations environment.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7–10 years of overall Security Operations experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise with ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) implementation and support.
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Nexthink, Intune, HAM, and SAM lifecycle processes.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, MID Servers, integration frameworks, and authentication mechanisms.
- Hands-on scripting experience in JavaScript within the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience in security automation, orchestration, and incident response workflows.
- Knowledge of threat intelligence platforms and vulnerability management processes.
- Experience working with enterprise security tools and SIEM/security ecosystems.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Operations.
- Experience working in enterprise or managed security environments.
- Exposure to ITSM, GRC, HAM, and SAM modules is an added advantage.
- Experience in Agile delivery and DevSecOps environments preferred.
