ServiceNow Project Manager

Job Description

• Lead end-to-end ServiceNow or workflow automation projects, including migrations from K2 or similar platforms.

• Serve as the single point of accountability for the engagement.

• Manage project planning, governance, stakeholders, risks, and competing priorities.

• Work with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.

• Apply Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Provide strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

• 8+ years of IT project management experience.

• Proven experience in ServiceNow or workflow automation projects.

• Experience with K2 or similar platform migration projects.

• Strong project planning, governance, stakeholder, and risk management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Confluence.

• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
