Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
  • Implement and support HRSD modules including Case Management, Employee Center, and Knowledge.
  • Gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver end-to-end implementations.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Provide support during UAT, go-live, and post-production phases.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and HRSD.
  • Experience in workflows, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies.
  • Good understanding of ITIL processes and HR service workflows.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good To Have

  • Mandatory certification in ITSM and HRSD
