- Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Implement And Support IT Operations Management (ITOM) Capabilities, Including
- Discovery
- Service Mapping
- Event Management
- Cloud Management
Manage and enhance
IT Asset Management (ITAM) for both hardware and software assets.
Support Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Functions, Including
- Asset Portfolio Management
- Asset Lifecycle Management
- Maintenance Planning
- RFID Implementation
- Workflow Automation
Support
Field Service Management (FSM), including field workforce management, task assignment, scheduling, and execution tracking.
Develop and configure workflows, integrations, business rules, client scripts, and automation using ServiceNow best practices.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and optimize platform capabilities.
Ensure platform stability, performance, and adherence to ServiceNow development standards.
Required Experience
Overall IT experience:
7+ years
Up To 4 Years Of Strong Hands-on ServiceNow Experience
Proven experience in
ServiceNow application development and customization
Hands-on Experience With
- ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM)
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- CMDB and Discovery
- ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, integrations, and scripting
Experience with JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and REST/SOAP integrations is preferred.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, or other relevant ServiceNow certifications
