ServiceNow HRSD Development
Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow HRSD solutions aligned to organizational and public sector requirements.
Implement and enhance: HR Case & Lifecycle Events, Employee Service Center (ESC) / Portals, HR Services catalog and workflows, Knowledge integration and automation
Configure COEs such as Employee Relations, Case Management, and HR Requests
Platform Configuration & Customization
Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer automations, and notifications.
Configure roles, ACLs, and data segregation aligned with HR data confidentiality and public sector security requirements.
Ensure configurations follow ServiceNow best practices and upgrade-safe design.
Integration & Automation
Implement integrations with HR systems (e.g. Workday, SAP, Oracle HCM) using REST APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server where applicable.
Leverage Flow Designer and IntegrationHub spokes to automate HR processes.
Delivery & Collaboration
Work closely with HR stakeholders, solution architects, and business analysts to translate HR requirements into technical solutions.
Participate in Agile delivery activities including sprint planning, development, testing, UAT, and deployment.
Provide technical input for solution design, estimates, and implementation approaches.

Mandatory
5-6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with a strong focus on HRSD.
Proven experience delivering ServiceNow HRSD implementations end-to-end.
Strong knowledge of: HR Case Management & Lifecycle Events, Employee Service Center (ESC), Flow Designer & IntegrationHub, ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript).
ServiceNow CIS - Human Resources Service Delivery (CIS-HRSD) certification.
