ServiceNow Developer (ITSM /ITOM)

Onsite Engineer Job Scope:

• Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications.

• Integrate ITSM, ITOM Discovery, and Asset Management modules.

• Configure workflows, forms, and automation rules.

• Resolve quality issues in ITSM, ITOM, and Asset processes.

• Conduct development and unit testing for defect-free delivery.

• Deploy applications to UAT and production.

• Support annual platform upgrades and current implementation.

• Perform regular system health and performance checks.

• Apply best practices across service and asset management.

• Perform all ServiceNow-related tasks as directed by manager in charge.

Qualification Required

. Proficient in JavaScript and modern coding standards

• Deep understanding of SOLID and object-oriented programming principles

• Skilled in infrastructure protocols such as WMI, SNMP, and SSH

• Familiar with AJAX, asynchronous methods, and queueing techniques

• Experienced in applying software architecture patterns (e.g., MVC, CQRS, circuit breaker)

• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator
