Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer with a strongfocus on IT Operations Management (ITOM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM) to joinour dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 6+ years of experience inServiceNow development and a deep understanding of ITOM and ITAM processes. Youwill play a crucial role in enhancing our ServiceNow platform to streamlineoperations and manage IT assets effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
. Design, develop, and implementITOM (Discovery and Service Mapping) and ITAM (SAM & HAM) solutions withinthe ServiceNow platform.
. Collaborate with stakeholders togather requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
. Configure and customizeServiceNow applications and modules, including Discovery, Asset Management, andConfiguration Management Database (CMDB).
. Develop workflows, businessrules, and scripts to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
. Create new custom patterns asrequired for Discovery.
. Understand infrastructurecomponents and their integration within ServiceNow.
. Integrate ServiceNow with othertools and systems using APIs and web services.
. Conduct testing and qualityassurance to ensure the reliability of developed solutions.
. Provide ongoing support andtroubleshooting for ServiceNow applications and services.
. Ensure compliance with ITIL bestpractices and organizational policies.
. Document solutions, processes,and changes for knowledge management and training purposes.
. Stay updated on ServiceNowfeatures and enhancements to leverage new capabilities.
Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in ComputerScience, Information Technology, or a related field.
. 6+ years of experience inServiceNow development and administration.
. Strong expertise in ITOM andITAM processes and best practices.
. Proficient in ServiceNowscripting languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and related technologies.
. Experience with ServiceNowmodules, particularly Discovery and Asset Management.
. Familiarity with ITIL frameworkand its application within ServiceNow.
. Excellent problem-solving skillsand attention to detail.
. Strong communication skills,with the ability to work effectively with cross functional teams.
. ServiceNow Certified ApplicationDeveloper (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS
. Discovery, CIS-HAM, and CIS-SAMcertifications are a plus.
