Servicenow HRSD developer
We are seeking a ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) Developer to design, develop, and implement HR digital workflows on the ServiceNow platform. The role focuses on enhancing employee experience by automating HR processes, integrating systems, and delivering scalable HR case management solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD applications and workflows
- Configure HR Case Management, HR Service Portal, and Employee Center
- Build and customize HR services, lifecycle events, and knowledge management
- Develop integrations between ServiceNow and HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Implement automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, and UI Policies
- Support HRSD module upgrades, patches, and performance optimization
- Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Ensure data security, role-based access controls, and compliance requirements are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to HRSD applications
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-6+ years of ServiceNow development experience
- Strong hands-on experience in HRSD module
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, and Flow Designer
- Experience with Employee Center / Service Portal
- Knowledge of HR lifecycle events and case management
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with third-party HR systems
- Understanding of ITSM fundamentals is a plus
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) preferred
Preferred Skills
- HR domain knowledge (onboarding, offboarding, employee relations)
- Experience with Performance Analytics and Reporting
- Exposure to CMDB and platform governance
